The Main Bar is open to all members and visitors. It offers smart, comfortable surroundings in which to enjoy a drink after golf, or a coffee, and perhaps a kummel, after lunch. The newly designed Honours Hall is a light, attractive room to relax in, and it offers plenty of space to hold a prize giving, or for golfers to meet in before the day’s golf.

In the Dining Room, you can enjoy a traditional carvery lunch which is regularly described by visitors as one of the very best. A wide selection of cold starter dishes is followed by a choice of roasts, along with specially prepared dishes such as grilled fish, curry or steak and kidney pie, all served with roast potatoes and a selection of vegetables. To finish, choose from a superb array of traditional desserts such as treacle sponge or sticky toffee pudding. It is undeniably a highlight of a day at The Berkshire.

The Terrace must surely be one of the most delightful places in the world of golf in which to sit and relax after a round, as it gives a stunning view of the entirety of the magnificent 1st hole on the Blue Course. As you enjoy a drink, or a meal from the Snack Bar, you can take in the spectacle of fellow golfers dealing with the challenges of this beautiful, very challenging par 3.
